지도력개발학교

SLD(지도력개발학교)는 사역자들이 성경적 리더십과 실질적인 기술을 습득하여 성장하도록 돕는 과정입니다. 학생들은 소명, 비전 발견, 커뮤니케이션, 후원 모금 등 다양한 주제를 배우며, 이론을 넘어 실제 사역 현장에서 적용할 기회를 갖습니다.


SLD (School of Leadership Development) is a course designed to help Young YWAM workers to grow by developing biblical leadership foundations and practical skills. Students explore various topics such as calling, vision discovery, communication, and fundraising, and are given opportunities to apply what they learn in real ministry contexts beyond theory.

SLD는 성경적 리더십 원칙을 바탕으로 학생들이 효과적인 지도자로 성장할 수 있도록 돕습니다. 리더의 성품과 자기 훈련을 강조하며, 사역의 다양한 영역에서 리더십 기술을 개발합니다.

Leadership: SLD is grounded in biblical leadership principles and seeks to help students grow into effective leaders. The school emphasizes the character of a leader and personal discipline, while equipping students to develop leadership skills applicable to various areas of ministry.

실천

이 과정은 이론뿐만 아니라 실제 사역 현장에서의 적용을 중시합니다. 학생들은 강의에서 배운 내용을 바탕으로 현장 실습을 통해 실제 사역을 경험하며, 리더십 기술을 실전에 적용하는 기회를 가집니다.

Practical: This course places strong emphasis not only on theory but also on practical application in real ministry contexts. Based on what they learn in lectures, students engage in field practicums where they gain hands-on ministry experience and have opportunities to apply their leadership skills in real-life settings.

SLD는 개인의 영적 은사를 발견하고 개발하는 데 중점을 둡니다. 학생들은 팀 사역을 위한 은사 개발 및 교회 공동체 내에서의 역할을 이해하며, 이를 통해 지속 가능한 사역을 구축하는 방법을 배웁니다.

Spiritual Gifts : SLD places strong emphasis on helping students discover and develop their spiritual gifts. Students learn how to cultivate their gifts for team ministry and understand their roles within the church community, enabling them to build sustainable and fruitful ministry for the long term.
