LEADERSHIP TRAINING SCHOOL

Mission True LTS는 하나님께서 우리를 과거에 어떻게 인도하셨는지를 배우며, 그분의 부르심에 충실한 가운데 이를 오늘날의 방식으로 창의적이고 혁신적으로 실천하도록 준비시키는 3개월 과정의 학교입니다.이 학교는 미션의 창립자와 리더들이 직접 가르치며, 개인 또는 팀이 부르심에 따라 사역하도록 필요한 리더십 이해와 실제적인 기술, 도구를 제공합니다. 또한 개척과 혁신에 중점을 두고 LTS 기획 프로젝트를 통해 비전, 목표, 일정, 예산, 실행 계획을 구체화하도록 돕습니다.이 세 달의 여정을 통해 형성된 관계와 비전, 사역을 통해 한국과 주변 국가들, 더 나아가 세계가 영향받게 되기를 기대합니다.

Mission True LTS is a three-month school designed to prepare participants to remain faithful to God’s call by learning how He has led us in the past, and to express that call in creative and innovative ways today.

The school is taught by founders and leaders of the mission and provides the leadership understanding, practical skills, and tools needed for individuals or teams to fulfill the roles God has called them to. With a strong emphasis on pioneering and innovation, participants engage in an LTS Planning Project that helps clarify vision, goals, timelines, budgets, and practical implementation.

Through these three months together, we anticipate that South Korea, the surrounding nations, and the world will be impacted through the relationships, visions, and ministries that are formed.
